๐ŸŒฟ Discover the true healing power of nature on a guided foraging walk through the local Sussex countryside. We will explore the rich diversity of edible and medicinal plants growing nearby and learn how to safely identify, harvest, and use them to support our own health.

๐ŸŒฟ My foraging walks are a chance to slow down, step out of the bustle of daily life and to be present in the moment, reconnecting with mother nature and her abundant natural remedies. You will come away from our walk with a deeper knowledge, newfound confidence, and a greater appreciation for the medicine growing all around us.

What to expect from a Medicinal Foraging Walk

๐Ÿƒ The walks will be held at various locations all within a 20 minute drive of Worthing. Depending on the season and the influence of the weather, the most abundant location will be chosen in the few days prior to our walk.

๐Ÿƒ All walks will be gentle as we will be stopping regularly but they will be on uneven countryside terrain. There is no need to be an experienced hiker but you must be fit enough to complete the walk.

๐Ÿƒ Walks will happen in all weathers so I will email out details of the expected conditions for our walk a few days before. Walks will only be cancelled in the event of dangerous weather conditions.

What to bring
