What is Energetic Kinesiology?
⧝ Energetic Kinesiology is a gentle yet powerful healing modality that taps into the body’s innate wisdom to restore balance, health and vitality. It is an intuitive hands on treatment rooted in both Eastern energy medicine and Western anatomy. This holistic practice helps release stress, clear blocked emotions, and realign the body’s subtle energy systems to allow for healing to take place. I am able to access imbalance and stress in the body system through a technique that combines acupuncture points and finger modes (formatting.) Any imbalance and stress can then be defused using a variety of techniques including, stimulation of neuro lymphatic massage points, holding, tapping and activation of neuro vascular points, Bach flower remedies and light therapy stimulation.

What to expect from your treatment?
⧝ Before your first treatment, I will take a medical history and we will discuss your current state of health and your treatment wishes. This will be followed by an intuitive energetic kinesiology treatment.
⧝ During the treatment itself you will remain fully clothed and lying down on your back whilst I gently work on different points of the body. This is a chance for you to relax and take an hour for yourself, feel free to drift off whilst I realign your energy system. This is a passive, relaxing and calming treatment.
⧝ After the treatment, we will discuss any imbalances that I have found and potential self-care strategies to help integrate the changes that have been made to support ongoing balance.
⧝ In the days after your treatment. As our energy systems are all unique, you may experience a range of sensations or emotions in the days after your treatment as the energy moves through. From tired to deeply energised, small aches and pains to pain relief, these are all signs that our energy is flowing. And I am always available on email if you have any questions or concerns.
